Bola Olawuyi, Esq.
Bola Olawuyi, Esq., is a Nigerian-qualified lawyer, registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, and founder of The Diaspora Property Desk. With over two decades of experience in real estate consultancy, property valuation, and advisory services, she brings extensive professional knowledge to the challenges of cross-border property ownership.
She holds an LL.M. in Immigration Law From Brooklyn Law School, New York, and has practical experience supporting U.S. immigration matters, including Family-Based Immigration, Employment & Business Immigration, Humanitarian & Protection, Student & Exchange Visas, Temporary / Visitor Visas, Citizenship & Naturalization, Green Card & Permanent Residency, Deportation Defense & Removal and other services under attorney supervision.
Through The Diaspora Property Desk, she combines her real estate expertise, legal education, and cross-border experience to educate, inform, and empower Nigerians in the diaspora.
Her mission is to help individuals and families make informed property decisions, understand important immigration processes, and access appropriate professional support.
